TIMELINE
Fall 2021 - Instituional Priorities
St. Joseph's Seminary and College wrapped up it's 2016 (5-year) strategic plan during the Fall of 2021. At that time, we reached out to the Seminary community to identify our institutional priorities in preparation for the development of a new strategic plan. The community was surveyed (results can be viewed HERE) and it was from this feedback that we developed our current priorities:
Institutional Priority #1 – Prepare Students for Roles of Service to the Church
Institutional Priority #2 – Increase Seminary Visibility Within the Church
Institutional Priority #3 – Improve Institutional Effectiveness & Sustainability
Fall 2022 - Strategic Goals
The next step is the development of concrete strategic goals intended to achieve these priorities. Due to the timing of this endeavor, concurrent with the Middle States Reaccredittaion Process, the MSCHE Reaccreditation Steering Committee was charged with stratgeic plan development as well. Strategic goals were proposed, outlined and sent out community-wide for feedback. The results of this Fall 2022 survey can be found HERE. These results are currently being reviewed by the committee with careful consideration of all comments and suggestions.
Spring 2023 - Vision 2030 Strategic Plan
The Vison 2030 Strategic Plan will be presented for review, consideration and voting by the Full Time Faculty in April and the Board of Trustees in May.
