Statement on DiversitySt. Joseph’s Seminary and College, in accord with the Church’s Magisterium, recognizes "the dignity of every person before God,” which is the "ultimate foundation of radical equality” and calls us to build communion among all people, regardless of their race, nation, sex, origin, culture, class or disability (CSDC §144-148). Members of the seminary community are expected to engage each other in charity and bear witness "to the dignity of the person” at all times (see CSDC §134).
