Provided by FLIK Hospitallity Group, Saint Joseph's Seminary's (SJS) contracted food service. The delivery of any food service by another catering company is prohibited on the SJS campus.

To ensure availability and secure delivery times, all catering requests and head counts must be received seven business days in advance to booking your event. Food request and head counts received after seven business days cannot be honored due to time available to order product. Outside food and beverage is not permitted to be mixed with your catering request due to safety precautions.
All events are subject to kitchen labor, wait staff, linen usage charge and rental fees if applicable. Please check with the Events Coordinator for fees. Rental fees are charges for items needed for your event. Deliveries taken to other buildings on the grounds are subject to a $30.00 delivery charge.
Leftover food and beverages are the property of St. Joseph's Seminary and are not allowed to leave the premises. This is in accordance to Food Safety Guidelines.
All order cancellations must be received 5 business days prior to your event. If the cancellation is not received 5 business days in advance, a fee will be charged.
Wine and beer may be served on campus, provided that the function/event complies with all of St. Joseph's Seminary policies and state laws.
When alcohol (liquor, wine, and/or beer) is included at an event, the Archdiocesan Insurance Department must be made aware of such a request 21 days prior to the event. The insurance department will assess the inclusion of alcohol at the event and will have the authority to approve or deny the inclusion of alcohol at the event.
